My wife bought me a pair of these recently. I’ve just got back from a steady 45 km ride in them. 8ºC and dry – but with a high wind chill (feels like 4ºC) – today. Hands stayed nice and toasty for the whole ride with absolutely no wind getting through them at all. The neoprene cuffs got a little damp (but I do sweat quite a lot) and the fingers are just a tad long for my stumpy sausage fingers (although this is not really that noticeable when on the bike). They really are a beautifully made pair of gloves. Palm material feels extremely hard wearing and the silicone grippers very positive on the bars. Have not tried washing them yet, nor cannot comment on their longevity, although the quality of construction suggests they will be my go to gloves for a good while yet. My hand circumference is exactly 210 mm – so right on the size boundary of medium and large – I have the large which feel spot on to me (I suspect medium would have been a little too small). Agree that more reflective flashes would be a welcome addition, although it looks like the galibier logo on the little finger is reflective (not tried them in the dark yet). Another excellent piece of galibier kit to add to my growing collection.
