Product Info Made by Robust Tools. This 3.25″ vacuum chuck is machined by Robust Tools from solid 6061 Aluminum. The polymer seal has multiple sealing ridges and is 3D printed. The chuck is threaded 1-1/4″ x 8 TPI and comes with a Tommy-bar for removal. This small vacuum chuck will have the least amount of holding power. With a vacuum of 20-25″ of mercury, this chuck should provide approximately 65 to 85 lbs. of holding force. Great for little boxes and bowls, small hollow forms and spheres. Look to the bigger vacuum chuck for more holding power.
