BIBA was a store and a clothing brand based in London in the 60s-70s created by Polish designer Barbara Hulanicki and her husband Stephen Fitz-Simon. His beginnings were humble, selling clothes by correspondence, but with the rise of Swinging London in 1964 would open its first store in Kensington. Customers came to the shop around the world to buy their costumes and accessories. Biba Swinging London “Art Deco” T-shirt is inspired by the image brand used at BIBA’s store.
